Fast trainer slows down after gaining a star?

I have bought a 18yrs old kid who is achieving 40/80/120 training average at 5 star...

However after gainig a star his average drop to closer to 30/60/90. Is that normal? If it is does it help if I let him stay at 5 star and keep training before I assign the skill pts for faster exp?

    Thanks you all.

yeah, its best to save skill points when you need them so they train at their normal speeds

?? train at their normal speed???.. why that? I train always 30% hard... and lots of times no injurie... xD

of course, if you win a star, they train more slow. It doesn't matter if you assign, or don't assign the skill points, he will train slower.

If you leave the skill points ussigned, He still trains at 30/60/90 since the game recognises him as a 6* player.

by normal speed i meant the fast trainers usual speed

weird, i read elsewhere if you dont assign the SP they still train at their usual speed. dont really pay much attention other than 'oh no, a broken leg during stretching'

Gaining 1 star will not change your gaining skills. Only the next level, the player will change their gaining skills. I have 2 players that gain over 100.

I can't say I noticed a slow down either last season when my ST gained 2 stars.
