Question: Young vs. Old players - what is the better way ?

Power training is when you train a player using hard training. NOTE:There isn't a button for this. You have to train him over and over and over again and fill his condition with green packs. This is only good if he is a VERY fast trainer... For me this is not a good idea. Why waste all my green packs on a player like that... Well I have never seen a nordgen (VERY FAST TRAINER AND A GOOD PERFORMER) and I have never bought a player from the academy... You can get more players and sometimes better players for his value... And 85% of the time players like that are sold in bidding wars in 15+ round.
NOTE:Power training is not the same with personal trainer,in fact they are parallel.
By the way you are level 1... There are plenty of players in the market for 1 level... Well not that much on this new market...

I have read this:to see if a player is a fast trainer divide his value with his salary and if it is 30+ he is a fast trainer... Well if he is 27,28,29 he still is a fast trainer...

Are you really sure about that? I made this for my entire team and none of them is getting a value above 25...
Nevertheless, some of my players are really fast trainers and they develope rapidly. (e.g. my defender Piqué is worth 104 Mio., his salary is 4.84 Mio. and he gets +44/+92/+123 with the three different practice options).
