    Im not so sure about that calculation thing.

    It is best to have a mix of players, really. Because those young fast trainers can keep their Q up better, it is good to invest in some of them for key roles, where you want to have a player stay for awhile on your Team. (and eventually be old players..)

    I bought him as a young very expensive player, but knew I intended to keep him so I've thrown a green pack at him every so often for extra training.

    Buying older players can be a really good value, if you only intend to keep them for a Season or two.
