Hallo,

I have a question regarding young players and the training factor,

My basic question is: Does it make sence to invest in young players and push them?

I will show an example:
- Buy a young 18 year old player e.g. with strength 15
- Goal should be to develop this guy with minimum 5 strenth points in one season (from 4 to 5 stars in league 1) as he will lose 1 star (Meaning indirectly 5 points) in a highler league (Please correct me if I am wrong here!)
- When this player plays 2 games a day he will perhaps receive 300% training success (If he has a really good training factor), what means 0,6 points can be distributed to his skills
- to get him from 15 to 20 strentgh (from 4 to 5 stars in league 1) you need 75 skill points what means you need 25 days to do that
- To be honest I have never had a player who developed 300% a day so this is a really high value that I have added

What I think about:
- Is it really worth it to buy such a young expensive player and try to develop him ?
- Wouldn´t it make more sence to buy an old guy and play with him for some seasons and safe money?
- Example: For a strength 15 18-year old guy I have to pay perhaps 500K Euro. I could have bought for the same one a 27 or 28 year old guy with a strength of 2x

It would be interesting to hear your comments, perhaps I have a brain lag somewhere or forgot something. Please share your opinions

Another short questions: Is it possible anyhow to calculate the training factor of a player, as it is not possible to see it anywhere?

Greetz!
