Well as I've mentioned in the other thead, the rules changed to have Actives + Equal Quality teams.
The idea is that with this change leagues will be equal and competitive.
I writte that because we just've been noticed about a change in the draw system this season.... now I understand all of these pics.... and my league... all ar e low Q. and just some of +, because there's a "cut/jump" of quality in our level... thats' why the full 2-3* and me with 5* doing the camel.

disclaimer1: * teams are contains lot of 1* players... so if you count the best 14 they are around low40ish like rest of us...
disclaimer2: after 3 rounds i only saw the 5th guy was active at matches and me :)
disclaimer3: my ruin project went well... it was a little bit risky (1st round in cup was tight) coz i had 3 players witha below 20Q, 2 players with a low30ish and a 2*...

It's like the way I feel this season. I cheat the league draw, having 14 players, 6 of them with very low quality, had that draw, in this weak league, but I don't know yet if I can't win it :(
So, it's my team, 5 teams with low q players but in the right positions and descent formations and the rest 8 teams are totally abandoned.

In all of my games, there wasn't any oppo manager.
I was trying to challenge Truko (my main oppo), by watching 3-4 of his games and supporting his opponents but didn't have any reaction, retaliation or what

* here I want to say that I 've read in the forum, a couple of times, that leagues (or some leagues) are already set up (the winner, blah blah) after the draw. Hard to believe that.
** some maybe would say that if drop quality and play in a league with low quality teams, there is no challenge or you don't enjoy so much if won the championship.
Well, in a part, I can agree, but I can say that this season league, has more agony for me than previous season league for my main team. This team (Artemis) is my 2nd team. Last season, my main team, NIK F.C. played in a very competitive league, with 12 teams to have same quality as mine, but it was more easy to me to won that league

Another challenge for me it to brake some record, having over 208 (league) goals.
That's difficult but I 'll try next season too.
Another experiment for me is to go for the treble and this time only with a 5* team .

At the beginning I thought that I brake the record of goals for the league
but after checking carefully, I saw that it was 212 goals and 208 goals was the goal difference :(

Here I want to say that the other team had a little better quality with few more 6* players
so I tempted to use my gathered skill points and have also some 6* players (and better chances) but
I would spoil my challenge to won the treble with a 5* team

As being the strongest team among your friends on day 2 & 23hours as that's when they make the league.

Unfortunately this season my team Artemis was strike by a double misfortune.

Then I had another strike, my fb account was disabled because of "wrong" :rolleyes: name.
So they want to send some ID documents.
So, Artemis career ended here :(
This season, for my team NIK FC, it was the opposite.
I 'm in a CH.L. were half of the teams are lv15 ( I 'm lv16).
In my league, all the teams had 5* players in the beginning of the season. Now the have also 6* players.

I tend to keep my entire squad's quality same, so I can rotate them. Atlético Kolkata in fact spends more than half a season as a 2* team but still manages to finish 2nd in the league... They seem to have a good momentum in the cup.Quote:

Level 17 this season.
I started this season with 14 players, 8 5* and 6 1* so I can have an easier draw in the cup.
This method still working for the cup but not for the league. In the Cup I had opponents from the same or 1 lv down, with 4* and 5* players.
But my league is very tough.
From the beginning there was teams with some 6* players and the weakest stll had a basic 11 squad of 5* players.
Finally I won the championship for another season :p

Hi, league draw procedure seems to be more and more confusing season after season.
Last season,after malfunction that server hosting my team experienced on league drawing, friendship was the grouping criterium:
My league was built on my whole friendlist of my same level (12 friends ,starting from lowest to highest quality rate),so an abandoned lower team was entered to complete the league.
This season the main group criterium was quality first,friendship then.
It's a so difficult organization
Finishing this season, I checked a team from my CH.L. groups
This is Voivodina which gonna continue the next season the glory days in CH.L.
With this team, I think he deserves it :p

Which made me wonder: I will probably finish 8th or 9th this year. If I finish 8th, I may or may not be promoted based on how strong my team is. But I did gain some quality this year. So:
- If I advance to next level, I will be put in a league with weaker level 8 teams (equal to my quality).
- If I don't, I will be put in a league with strong level 7 teams (equal to my quality).
So what's the point in tanking?
there are two kind of leagues
one with weak 3* teams and another with 5-6* teams.
So,
1st choice is to play with 3* players, without spending sources, for the fun of the game, maybe promoting to CH.L. but not winning it.
The other choice is to build every season a good 5-6* but if playing with same q opponents it's about the same.
You can have the same posibilities to promote to CH.L. or to loose promotion. It's a matter of luck.
But why spending every season your sources if playing with the same q opponents ?
Tank a season, enforce your team and save your sources for the next season.

In many talks here, the main idea is how to play this game with fair rules.
But this is really difficult as there are many players with different way of playing (as access to sources of the game).
Well, football isn't the most fair sport anyway.
Maybe nordeus made those leagues for that purpose (as the Cup as it starts), but after the draw, the players move on with different speed.
It's not easy to find a way to play this game equally for everyone and the only time I play that way, was in a league (of Khris) with friends/members from the forum, with our rules only.

Those teams are the best , the lower in the table have much worst roster.
So, those semi abandoned teams are winning trophies and gonna promote to CH.L. while very good managers with excellent teams of my league, gonna stay out.
Why am I saying semi-abandoned ?
Because those managers don't even care about the game.

So, I still don't understand why I 'm playing with the same strong teams every season while there are abandoned teams which winning titles very season with their 0T academy players.
Why abandoned ?
I explained it some previous posts .
Check for example the profile of one of the teams above.
He got the "game over" achievement - probably trolled hard some poor guy but after two years he doesn't have yet the domination achievement (victory with 5-0 or more).
The other achvm. was that he played for 5 days in a row - amazed :o
