first time i hear for that 3241 formation is that defense or what, i didnt see no one with that formation

In the begining of this season i didn't have many tokens on that team, around 30.. something like 40 green packs and that's it..
Didn't have any good DL or DC in the market so i bought a DMC instead.
Had to come out with any formation that fits my team and the results are surprising me so far..
15 Games, against equal teams in Cup / CL and League and we've got 14 wins, 1 draw 0 lost.
The only thing i do for this team is get 10% bonus every day.. so basiclly they play 1 game in the morning with 8% and 1 in the evening with 10% as i usually farm the bonus after work..
Anyhow, here's what im using on that team.

Passing Style: Short (Should I set it to long , as my strikers are 194 and 192 cm tall)
Marking Style: Man-To-Man

So I'm basically playing a possesion game.
