I am afraid your explanation is incorrect.

Nunez's average quality (182.8+176.6+180)/3 = 179.8

According to your theory, his average quality will be round up to 180. But this is a special case that I have not yet signed this player. I still need to sign him to final confirm.



I guess that under new system, system count SA, and/or other attributes that we did not consider in the past, in calculation of average quality. But I lack data to check.

Probably, any SA add 0.5 to average quality now.
