The new star system (and the negotiation list)

I'm not sure, after reviewing the quality and "percentage" of the sample player you just posted. In case the unassigned sp are included in calculation, the player should have added a new star before further training.

I wonder if new attribute are considered in new system. These are probably relating to GK.

I just signed my player mentioned above, and found that his quality dropped after signing.

Now his new average quality is 179.467 and he is still 5 star. Your theory is still valid
