What I found, the quality of the players depends on the tokens you got. The more tokens your club has, the better are the players Nordeus offers you, but the more expensive in terms of tokens they are as well.

Disagree on that. I've got over 4k tokens and the players I get are less and less expensive tokenwise. I think that the offer is based on the overall quality of your team. Average quality I mean, the one they use for the cup draws. I used to get 79 token players. Now it's only 58. And I've read that some get 129 token ones.

4000 tokens... Some users, like me, don't even have one working free token offer, though at times a very few do appear but the offers do not go to completion (probably due to region limits for surveys, or due to those so called reach a certain level on a particular online game - most of which seem impossible to do).

Nick's recommended 29T player was close to 6 stars while your 79T player should be close to 7 stars. 50 tokens difference for a star which seems almost the same as the cost of packs for the addition of a star by training. One user did got offered a 109T 7-star player recommended to him earlier. Another got offered a close to 7 star GK for 59T. Maybe there were modifications in the system or the developers were experimenting. It could also be region-related or related to the past purchase history of the particular user. All these are just possibilities.

Yes my mistake he was just off the seventh star & quality 34 (level 3) Im sure Nicks player was quality 34 as well which would mean the same ?

Yes…It was last season I bought him lol so he was (level 2 ) Q 34 & 6 stars… This season they have been (level 3) Q 39 & 6 stars…. my mistake
I´ve been recommended players in the past for 109 tokens as well.

Close to 7 stars GK and DML seem to cost 59T.
The cost of close to 7 stars attacking midfielders and strikers seem to be 79T.
Those that can be classified as 'anomalies' are the 109 and 99 token cases.

Another possibility is that there are no anomalies in those cases. Players that cost 99T and 109T have a better hidden efficiency or advantage as compared to the 79T ones.
