    Ah... but, still, there should be an explanation for those differences. Nordeus should have been more informative about this feature. Maybe if you ask them, they will tell you: 'that is up to you to find out' (which indirectly means spend 79T on one player and spend 99T or 109T on another player, where both players at least have one position in common).
