Pros and cons in power training

I bought a young fast trainer for NIK F.C. and as I want to keep a small roster, I decided to give him also a ST position.
In the last training, he earned the last point for the ST position (it was in drill no2 of the six drills) and with the next drills, he also earned some points for quality.
That's why when we go back to the old version, the blue bar of the player is empty.
