to give a DMC/MC and MC/AMC those extra positions, needs about 50 greens.
To make them stronger (middle 6* players), needs another 50.
(if they are fast trainers).
If you have another 50 greens to give them sa, playmaker is ok with the DMC/MC and shadow striker better for MC/AMC.
If you haven't any descent F-C or C-K specialist, you can also give this one too (but better test him in few games first, if he has the talent).

hi, i tried your strategy and so far its working amazingly well (unbeaten run with only 91% team conceded 0 goal on league 1 goal on ch. league and 1 goal on cup) but i have question, do you only play long pass against certain strategy/stronger opponent only? because my assistant always advice me to change to short pass.

if oppo hasn't DMC (or DML-DMR), I start with long pass (less defense lines )
But everything in Orders except normal-mix-no can give you an advantage or a disadvantage.
So if you use any of them, it's good to watch your game, observe the as.m. comments, number shots and % of passing.
If it's not working, remove it.

my team is pretty much the same as last season except the defender and gk, last season i use 4-4-2 and 4-5v-1 mostly and this 1 forward i have score a lot(top scorer of the league). now that i use 4-1-4-1 my goal/assist mostly come from mid player and this forward only score 1 so far this season. Im not complaining as my team now win more consistently, but do you think this is because the strategy make my forward serve as false 9 and no matter who the forward is the result would be the same(mid score more than forward)? or should i looking to sign another forward?

Just used 4141 defensive/flanks/long/on; low/hard/zonal/off ; down arrows DCx2; in a great 0-1 win.
451v (112%) against 4141 (99%)
Both managers present, +5% possession for me (away)
Red card my ST at 30'. Switch to 413w1, with ST dropping from 115 to 94q veteran, same tactics.
End result 0-1, more shots and SoT

This worked again for a 2-1 win in the home leg. This time I was 4141 @ 111% vs 451v @ 117% with deadly AMR and very good DMC. I did have a full +15% possession bonus. I changed passing focus a few times and used defensive, condition, and attacking bonus. Turned off the counter attack after goal 2. Corner specialist was important for me, her goal also came from a corner



Edit: in this case I also applied attack arrow to ML/MR and DL/DR, 1-2 total at a time and watched their ratings to change on and off

I also use 4-5-1 V and I like it more as my ML-AML & MR-AMR score more goals there.
I just use 4-1-4-1 for the tough games or where 4-5-1 doesn't work right (like vs 4-4-2 or vs 3DC-DML-DMR)
ST has a general problem anyway. I use mine for F-K and penalties, to boost his rates and goals.
If he isn't good at anything, sell him.
