I've 22 U18-player at my database at the moment.

I can say, there's absolute no connection between some stats/attributes and value (=FT). It's completely random.

All I can say: I've a good view on 12 players (incl mine), some of them played more than 50 games, some of them new, but ALL of them perform well. I know, Kraxner will retire in few seasons, so I decided to give another U18-ST a contract...
After signing, I was a bit disappointed, because he wasn't a (perfect) fasttrainer. He is better than my DC, but worse than my 1.ST and GK (as FT). But... as I said about my DC: if he performs that good, who care's if he's a perfect fasttrainer?
