U18 (Academy) - please help me

Since the improvement of the U18-player, I bought 3 of them, because market was really bad and I needed this player. All of them perform really well:

ST (no FT): 47 games, 47 goals
DC (no FT): average rating 8,7, nearly every game my best rated defender
GK (FT): 8 games, 7 clean sheets - and he made a lot of saves.

I want to try to find, if there's a connection between performance/FT/non FT and some stats. The biggest problem is, you don't see the value, but maybe there's something else.

I need the following informations, but... and that's important: I need this informations before his first training.

-) current (league) season
-) player quality (% and number)
-) how many tokens
-) your whole teamquality (not only your current T11 - % and number)
-) how many roles (or SA)
-) vage
-) value
-) foot, weight, height

If he played some games, tell me, how they performed.


Best (league) seasons: 9-20, because there I've really detailed informations.
I also talked to my friends, so at moment, I have informations of 7 players, but it's too less, to analyze it. Not all of my friends buy them. Getting every 10 days only one, means, it takes a long time to get many data - so I hope you'll help me.

I'm wondering similar in Nordgen auction players... if there are "archetype" characters for each position. Strikers for example might come in different "flavors" a good heading one, a teamwork passing one, a solo striker, and a sort of "dud" character that makes up most of the market, not very impressive. If you could identify what your tactics need, and that type on the market, it will be a step up from FT. Charters that only need fine tuning instead of major overhaul.

Why do you think, you are right?
Nordeus (said, they) improved academy-player. Only a few people bought them before, because of their high cost, so there weren't enough experience, if academy got (more) talent like others?
I bought them, because of the announcement and I needed the ST.
All U18 after annoucement, I see (my wife had one, another FA member 2,...), perform very well.

GK: 14, but as you know from another thread, I was really annoyed by my old one. So I took the risk.
DC: 10
ST: 8

You also see, our FA is at gold 2 (for sure promoted to gold 1), I kept the whole team 3 seasons -> 3x 35T,... so the costs every 10 days can't kill my tokens...

For myself, IF academy-player are better, I'm ready to take the costs.

I also see advantages:
-) I don't have to wake up that early at seasonstart again, to maybe get some good FT (at my timezone, I have to be there at 4 am)
-) It's not for sure, you got a FT, and it's not sure to get it for less than academy player. -> on my server, there are at least two chinese manager, I saw them at bidding wars (more than 60 rounds)

I'll see if I can provide any data as I'm very interested in this topic. I haven't signed any youths yet since none seemed good enough. But I'm also looking for ways to get new players as I'm also not willing to wake up at 3am to look for non existent nordgens.

I've also picked up what I think are the zero token youths from players 3 levels above me. I've just got 3 of them in the last couple of days. And they are performing pretty good so far (still early). They have the maximum value for my level (18) and have very high wages and no stats. They also came from teams that I have as TE friends, so I know they were 2 star players from 3 levels up.

That's what I mean: who knows, if academy players were good (better than other) before?
Maybe they were good, but noboday bought them. So, with the less cost, more manager try them and if they saw the U18 player perform better, they think it's the improvement.
