Academy upgrades.
For the newbies.
Plan when you make your U21 upgrade, it takes 28 days from completion of the upgrade to provide two players.
The players will be 18yo, so plan your upgrade so that the players join you at the earliest the first day of the following season to the start of your upgrade.
Why?.
Simple!, if your player arrives at the end of the season in just a few days he will be 19yo and his whole development with have lost a full season, he will never catch that season up without buying skill points.
The same applies to further upgrades to the youth system, the upgrade takes the same time but your second upgrade will see the players arrive a few days earlier in 24 days.
If you have not upgraded your academy directly as the previous one supplied the players any players already being developed will be binned when you start the next upgrade, so always check before you start the upgrade.

Time, depends on your time zone, most are done between 1am and 3am.
The end of season may take a little longer, but I'd imagine by 6am you would be back on your own sever, with all updates in place.

MR is under wings, not sure what happens when you play a narrow formation, though. You should get more flexible players, but the drop in performance is not so big when MC plays at MR.

The only wierd thing is Kiuev instand of Hilgren but I notice that he's injured so your team is ok, you don't have other better play then in your first 11 and from your orders I would not use hard attack :) seems ok

No MR is okay, you still have your DR, or else the formation will be illegal. Quite a defensive formation, though.

That formation from picture it what I was planning for next season but I'm not sure, I will use that one or put 5-3-2 but 3DC-1DMR-1DML-1MR-1MC-1ML-2ST :) similar with what you have there.Quote:

I can never see the point in retaining a flat back four if the opposition uses only one or two strikers.

Nothing wrong with him playing only a back three, though, if that's all that's needed, less skilled defenders stop my attackers all the time. He has a 4* MC in his reserves, could easily play 3-1-4-2.

We all know that lol..he could quite as easily drop one of the 3* defenders, though, or rotate between the two depending on whether he needs to attack or defend.

Because he does not have MR and ML should I use 3-1-4-2 tactic as Potemy mentioned.
