I have a player age 24 he is aml/st i want to give him new role amc suggest me which drills should i use so he wil gain skill point faster to get that amc role

Doesn't matter. All the drills have the same efficiency, so use the highest level drill you have.

At the end its you who decides what to do, but my question is why??? He is not at his prime anymore and you could use those packs in a younger player.

Buy a 18-19 year old with those positions. Don't waste your time and rests on a 24 year old.
