    Is here any connection between mentality and pressing (attack with high/normal- defensive with low or it doesnt matter)? + I keep getting bad rating for my centre defenders usually about 6-7(tried to buy another but with no luck). How to improve them?

    Change them. Market man, market is the key, discard bad programmed players, is the key.
