Keep loosing. Need help.

I cant get good results for few months. Playing with 4-5-1v but tried 4-1-4-1(but with this formation even worse). Usually play with normal/flanks/mixed/off/high(or low sometimes). But well now at 11th place, last season only 8th. Really dont know what to do. Maybe some tips and tricks how to control team ? Formations like 4-4-2 or 4-2-2-2 just eat me alive.

Try the same, but with short passing and counters on.
Sometimes is good to switch to Mixed instead of Both flanks

Turn off counter attack when play attacking.

Why? At some point during the game I'm going to be defending. If and when I win the ball back isn't it better to have the option to counter attack rather than just punt the ball into the car park?

But why short? i thought it should be short in middle but direct in the last third. And not understand attacking+high+counter. How you attack with high press but at the same moment invite your opponent to your defense? What about 4-1-4-1?

Is here any connection between mentality and pressing (attack with high/normal- defensive with low or it doesnt matter)? + I keep getting bad rating for my centre defenders usually about 6-7(tried to buy another but with no luck). How to improve them?

Change them. Market man, market is the key, discard bad programmed players, is the key.

Find a new Gkj and a 2nd option for Van Gastel^^
Same with the DMc or, Vocchiola.

4-5-1 V never worked for me vs 4-4-2.
I play 4-2-AML/CR-ST , attack, high pressing, mtm

Also if you 're playing 4-5-1V, AML & AMR must be the special ones.
At that day, in the middle of the season, they must have 110% , not less than the DR or the GK.
