Old Wiki restored

Hi, everyone!

I recovered the content of the old Nordeus Top Eleven wiki using Web Archive and started a new wiki at Fandom:

https://top-eleven.fandom.com/wiki/Top-Eleven_Wiki

The initial content is about the Top Eleven of a couple of years ago and need some updates, but a lot of it can be helpful as reference for the current version too.

Whoever wants to help updating it, deleting/correcting old info or including new pages is welcome

Well, the old wiki was there since many years ago and practically belongs to the V.2 so the T11 we had in 2011+

Still, keeps the old time needed to build the stadium, before the changes implemente and that reduce the construction time of lower levels to just hours, so it need a improvement and work but, good job

I started updating the stadium page at https://top-eleven.fandom.com/wiki/Stadium

Anyone who's in different levels can help to updated the pending values marked in italic:

- Stadiums build time, seat capacity, costs and rushing costs;
- Included upgrades sizes, costs and rushing costs, need data for all stadiums level (except 0 and 9);
- Included the attendance cap (seems ok);
- Included rewards but need info on the frequency of rewards at medical and training buildings, and cars capacity of Ultimate Garage.

If not a fandom user, just post here any of those info you might have.
