    Lightbulb Some basic training guides

    Hello forum members,

I decided to start a new thread, where I show you how you can train players for each position. I will always add a guide for a new position when I train a player there myself.
In recent months I trained several players for almost every position (I don't usually train GKs) so I think, that I have a pretty good idea of what I'm doing.

The players I train may not be the best you can build, but they offer, in my opinion, a nice balance between rests used and the player as a result. I try to use not more than 5 rests per % and a total of 350-400 rests per player. So if you have 800-1000 rests to spend on a single player you can probably build better guys.

Hope you enjoy the series and feel free to try these trainings out yourself or leave any feedback.
