can you explain who is Nordeus Gens? is it normal when a player get only 1 skill point after 3-type hard train?

Nordeus Gens are the players that appear on the transfer market when nobody else is selling on the transfer market, sometimes Nordeus fill the transfer market with players to get managers bidding and to keep the transfer market active. When you see team names like 'Funny FC' 'Ungodly FC' Low AC Unhappy F.C. etc... then those are your Nordeus gens.

I noticed some player trained better depending on what u pick. I got a player that does better in cardio than the other 2. While another does better in practice match.

Did they change how much they gain. Cause i remember 2 of my fast trainer used to gain 160-180 in hard practice match. Now they do what ur table said.
