i think definitely the learningrate decreases 25% from 4 to 5 stars. im sure like hell. I bought the most expensive player 15mio,18 age on level 8. he had 3 stars and learned from 3 stars to 5 stars with 51%-59%. Now on 5 stars, his learnrate is only 30-43% !!!

it's a fact: 4*->5* -25%, 5*->6* -25% decrease

the most expensive at level 8 is 25 M not 15M
