Spent years in an association only for the owner and his friend to stop playing so decided to leave and create my own so we can get to the top properly as I know I won’t stop playing.

My name is Nikhil and I represent Phoenix Fire Club, an association filled with supremely talented managers. We are expecting a manager to leave us at the end of this season and we are recruiting for one new manager. He should have the following:

1) Be actively playing the game (daily)

2) Training players daily

3) Be active on weekends for Association games

4) Update squads and strengthen team every season

5) Should have fair idea about training players/skills etc

6) Preferably playing Special Sponsor events for rewards

7) Must have a squad of greater than 120% with decent white skills at the end of every season

8) Must be able to join our association whatsapp group
