Associations - Bugs/Issues

Today, my Association (Master Federation) played the final round fighting for the title. A team of our Association (Marhham) defeated the other team (2-0). As both Associations were equal in points and in goals, the title was decided in a penalties shootout. Markham won 3-2. But the result has not been shown for hours. Few minutes ago, when a new day began, Top Eleven said the other Association won the title and that the last match wasn't played due to "technical issues". Is there any administrator here?

Thats very old bug and they do nothing with it. Every week some players meet this ****. They will not do something again. Dont worry and forget.

I offer new rule: If draw - we will not count last match at all. The game works exactly like "my rule"

My association "Торжок сила" took 1st place in the tournament. In the last match of the team punched the penalty and the team of our association won 3-1. The result did not last long and only today the message "Your association took 2nd place" has already come. Why is that?

The Penalties at the end of Associations problem was first reported in this thread on 14/08/17, and the first detail post was 02/10/17, quickly followed by a post which said that it was an old problem (but no specific period was mentioned). As far as I can see the only thing that has been done to 'fix' the issue is to substitute a BS technical issue report and change the result of the final match to a 0-0 draw, which in most cases as far as I can see penalises the Association that actually won the Head-to-Head (HtH).

When will Nordeus get their fingers out get a proper solution to the problem? Either fix it properly or find an alternative method of deciding a tied Assocation HtH...

Had the same issue with my association this week. Contacted the support team and all they said was that this has proven rather hard to fix.

You have had 2 years to fix this, maybe hire some better developers to work on this?

Absolutely outrageous that this still exists.

Edit: this was a reply to the error: last match result in an associations tie that went to penalties and then the result isn't saved and the winning association loses.

PENALTY SHOOT OUT IN THE FINAL BUG - AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

This has happened to us so many times, we end up level on points and GD in the final, it goes to penalties in the last match and we win. Then the system goes crazy, the match finished ages ago but the result is not showing. Sooner or later it will update and I expect we will be shown as 2nd place.

Ths is crap. I expect Nordeus will blame glitches and other such fob offs, offer a few tokens, etc. This has happened too many times. When are they going to fix it?

Last time it happened to us, it devastated our association, players left as it was the final straw. These guys had been a part of our group from the very first association tournament, but they had had enough of unfair decisions.

Nordeus is aware of this bug, they don't admit it is a bug though. I'm sorry, it happens every time there is a penalty shoot out in the final. Once it worked in our favour, we came out as winners when we lost, but it's always the same, the winners lose.

me happend the same , its the second time in a row thats happend , asociation vandercos , nordeus dont care , they fix it with give you 10 tokens and 5 intems off all if you send your id . i dont want that gift .fix it , its a really shameeeeee
