    Hey guys, just found this link might be helpful: http://support.nordeus.eu/entries/29...-Eleven-on-iOS

    I followed the instructions and found mine was enabled, I clicked the button to disable top eleven and then clicked enable again and it works. Hopefully will work for you too.

    Thanks! That seems to be the answer to this problem, it is a setting in the phone.
