Is it fair in league level 28 ( there is about 8 team higher level than me ) !!!

i am in league level 28

and as u know there is 14 team in the league fighting to set in first 7th place to qualify to the next level

BUT How can i do that with 8 team higher in level than me presented in the league level 28 !!!

which mean only we r 6 team fight to get a chance of nothing to qualify
is it fair is the league became as the cup in system !!!

i will prove that by pictures and i want ur comment if u face the same problem or not !!!

You're probably a token buyer and have very strong team. When you have a very strong team you can get paired with weaker teams from higher levels. Read the rules, it's written in there. Nothing to complain about.

Pro tip: Don't be a token buyer.

yes i confirm that i am token buyer but in each season i spend a little money for that and may not buy any token at all
( the main reason that make me to buy tokens is that higher team level in my real level )
but is it fair such a rule !!!

You are on the top of the server, do the stronguest teams of levels below are promoted to face this teams, otherwise there wasent enought teams for them to play a normal LEAGUE.

Now you can buy 7* scouts.

For sure you are facing the situation at the top of a server. There aren't enough teams at the same level to make a League, so levels get combined; it can happen at any level but is more likely to happen near the top where there are less teams (and it's always been that way, as there isn't another good way to solve the numbers problem. Can you think of a better way?) Usually the lower level teams in a mixed league get the same Scout list as the higher level, so yeah you could have 7* Scouts.

really i dont buy any player in my normal league level 28 from scout
but when i am in league level 26 i buy 4 player from scout list ( i remain in league level 26 for 2 season )
u mean each scout player may equal to one level higher than my normal level
and when the higher team level in my normal level is 35 and my team is in level 28 the difference is in 7 level * !!!

Yes, the Scout list should have better players on it, to help compete with the stronger teams. (I think it depends though on what level the League is, so if the majority is the lower level I think the Scout list is too.. I have to admit I only know from others' experience, I have been lucky to always be in my proper level league) But if they are 7* it is the best time to buy a Scout.

Some people have decided to tank in your situation, to put some more Managers above you.. this can be a good strategy if you don't want to spend, it helps the Transfer List have more above you selling, and in the next League draw you should be in your own level with less higher level managers in the League.

Do u believe me if i told u from the beginning of this season i try to buy 1-2 player in scout list BUT till now i doesn't find any interesting player
most of player age between 28-29
and all of them quality betwwen 160-162 ) ( in transfer list the higher player quality is 159 )
i want to mention that i buy some player from negotiations is that also has an effect on the teams presented in my normal level
( in level 27 as i remember i buy about 3 player and remain for next season level 28 )
if i fall to qualify for next level i will have a very strong team
and my be in position NO. 1 AND WIN league

Indeed, that's why sometimes it's better to not kill yourself trying to win an impossible League, just strengthen your Team and kick butt next Season.

Kepp checking the Scout List for the one or two players when it changes.. I know they are a lot of oldsters,
sometimes you get lucky and there's a 22 y.o. worth having. Also if you are looking ahead and not worry about this Season you can get some high Q youths from TL or Academy and work on training them up.
