I go to gold 1, we get our 50 token and now we get around 60 token. But we lose many points, we safe gold1 after 3 matches and lose hard at this weekend. Place 4 for us and win only 4 games. I dont know how many points we get but it was not much and our statistiks are bad now.

A friend got 4.place too, but they got 60T. -> stayed

Here is what I feel was the calculation used.
I will use reference of the 2 associations I am part of.

1. One of my association finished with 1250 points last season. We remain in GOLD 1. Nordeus add 122 points to final total. This promotes us to Platinum.
Difference = 50 T + 10T as a sorry token.

2. My 2nd association needed 7 points to stay in GOLD2 before last weekend. We managed only 12 due to bug and ended with 1055. So we managed to stay in GOLD2. Nordeus adds 122 points, but the total means we only stay in GOLD2, no extra promotion wud be possible. So we got only 10T as a sorry token.

I know the 2nd situation really sucks. We would have atleast 40-60 points more for this seasons total which would help us to aim for GOLD1, but we dont get anything for that. The decision from Nordeus certainly cant please everyone and I do feel hard done by, but its time to move on and hope bug is solved
