    Match time no bonus and formation button

    Today I played a CL group match, login using fb a/c, match time there were no bonus button, no formation, lineup and tactics button. Total match time I attend as a manager but can't do anything, watch the match as a fan. I tried web then iPhon, back and forth, all same.

    Another thing, it's day 9 but don't understand why its says pre-season period.

    Day by day your bug making me frustrated and losing motivation.

    Hi, ibangali.

    Assuming you have a good internet connection, that could be the cause of these problems.

    Try this, logout and in again that may result and solve the issues. If not contact the support, tapping (?) button and do not forget to include the screenshots in your report.

    I think you read what I wrote above, anyway writing again:

    Yes, I tried to logged out and in, like I use fb a/c through web then logged out close the browser, use apple id through iPad (wifi network), logged out use again apple id through iPhone (LTE network), logged out go back to web, back and forth all same.

    well what about end or last day screen comes on day 9?

    If I have to inform support then why do have this forum bug section; if they not read this then support also helpless.

    Thank you for the screenshots. We've forwarded it to the team and let you know when I have more info. Are you still experiencing the preseason screen on a season day 10?

    As another note, the support team when contacted from the game can dig deeper while investigating, as casper correctly points out.

    I've read what you wrote above and i tried to give you a quick tip that in the most of the cases works and fix some issues in the game and that's for it this section exists.

    When our suggestions doesn't work, we ask to the managers to contact the support, as SaucyFC said they'll investigate deeply the problem and for that all details are needed to provide to the support and they could help to solve the problems.

    Sorry if I can't help as you expected and I hope those problems are fixed ASAP.

    well you play on web (PC) did you update adobe flashplayer and java

    i had some errors to in livematch after updating flash player and java the problems were solved for me

    I just think ibangali should have some great compensation (tokens, players, whatever) from Nordeus, as I know they won't give him another chance to play this match.

    Thanks to everybody who answered and tried to help me.

    @Jean.Monico, I don't need compensation, I'll be more happy when we have bug free game.

    @Lian, no, Day 10 preseason screen doesn't show up.

    @casper & @ SausyFC, I don't have any bad impression or doubt about support team or their work. I try to say, as we post our problem in here support team can read or see that, instead of I contact with them.

    @Buster Keaton, when ever any new update comes my computer inform or notify me and update it; yes I have everything updated.

    Anyway, I hope we will have bug free game soon.
