Also one more thing, I tried to give my players greens and it won't let me. So what should I do if I want to experience the game and train my players on day 1? It is Nordeus who screwed up here (again)...

There is written, CONDITION FIXED, but actually nothing fixed there. Some people cheat a game legaly, because nordeus mistake (so it is legal). How about reverting those teams quallity, it is not FAIRPLAY for rest of managers.
