Regarding 1+1 On Fire note that after you claim the reward for every player that gets On Fire another player will fire up. So when you claim the reward you just turn on that option and since that moment it starts that for every future player that gets on fire another will fire up. It doesn't apply to players that are already on fire in the moment you claim.

Hi Lian,

Do you have any update on the Superb moral task? Like others I have spent blues to get everyone into “Superb” only to not get any update on the task. In my game this morning I triple checked and the only player not in “Superb” was my AMR who was “On Fire”. The task really has to accept Superb or better as we have little control on when a player goes into “On Fire” and it cannot be that we can’t achieve this task if our players are indeed playing well. Please check this and provide an update and a resolution.

Also, I have screenshots of my team, showing the all Superb plus one On Fire, directly before the game as I also did not receive the reward yesterday so I wanted proof today. Let me know if you want me to DM them to you.

Thanks Lian, trust me when I say that the milestone reward is broken (@ least for me). I always claim the 1+1 On Fire Premium milestone reward before claiming the standard 3 On Fire reward. Like I reported earlier even those (3 from milestone plus 1 other from previous normal game play) have now disappeared.. now no players are On Fire (just myself because I’m really pissed with this shoddy game!)

Looks like you are avoiding the main issues, which are the morale boosters and personal trainer tasks that require us to use substantial amount of resources but still don’t work. Please at least have the integrity and decency to reply and say “we know they don’t work, we can’t fix it” so that we can at least have the impression that you care about your “customers”.

I understand the frustration, but at the moment, we do not have further details to share just yet regarding this - we have reported it to the team who are investigating. I earlier suggested in the similar thread to please get in touch with Support, so that when there is more info available with specifics for a follow up, they are able to provide details for your specific case.

Thanks for the quick response Sausy. I hope that it will be solved soon as we don’t have so many league matches before the event ends. I didn’t try the personal trainer task myself but I’m guessing I would have the same issue like others reported here.

Saucy, for me this is a broken game! Ten years of Top 11 and look at the mess your customers have to put up with. You say contact support team, unfortunately for me this doesn’t work (I’m still stuck with the chat response window of Alexander from a week ago!) The sad part is that customers are always on the receiving end of Nordeus game ripoff not the other way around and you get away with it. I’m not confident with doing anything in this game that involves spending tokens or money.

From now on I’m not going to spend my hard earned money and get ripped off (there is a global recession and it’s hard to earn money). People play Top 11 as a break from the harsh realities out there not to get stressed and frustrated by it. Please Fix these:

1. Superb Morale task blue packs ripoff
2. 1+1 On Fire players (not rewarded) ripped off
3. 4 On Fire players (including 3 from milestone reward) no longer On Fire
4. Any other issues related to your Special Sponsor event that has been reported throughout this forums

I am sorry for the experience Blakark, the team is trying to get back to everyone as soon as possible. I don't have an update regarding the rewards you mention, but please keep an eye on the 1+1 task in particular, and let me know if it persists.

Hey man. I want to ask you something out of the topic. I remembered you mentioned it before how you earning the money so hard. I respect what you do and hope you'll earn more money and get a good job, but why do you insist to mention your finance regarding money spent on the game ? Be sure that there's no gun to your head about it. Besides, is there a way to make easy money in the world ? Making money is pretty hard because you've got to make a buck somehow. If it looks easy, I can assure you something is very hard in the background.
