Here's an illegal formation, yet it seems to meet all the requirements:

Just use your common sense and football knowledge and you won't have any problems setting up the formations

HAHA, I am trying to think how a real life team would play with that kind of formation.

all other things listed makes sense to me. (a team either plays with DR/DMR or MR/AMR if any)

I just mentioned that it does not make sense to play with that kind of formation, just use your common sense and you won't have any trouble setting the formation.

No, it's not illegal. I have used that formation before without any problems
