Oh...you can handle them. After five months surely there can be no doubt to your team ability and tactics?
Do you know his strengths, weaknesses, history, players, changes, etc.
What are your strengths, weakness, health, subs, etc

Which off your players do you plan to change, when and why?

    let's start there for now.

I think I have good defenders and attacker, but I don't think my midfield is that great...
I have AML - AMC - AMR and strikers ready to play a strong attacking formation if needed...

I was thinking switching to 3 DC - 2 MC - AML - AMR - AMC - 2 ST if things goes very bad, since he is only attacking with 2 ST and there are no AMC and he has 3 MC's so lack of wingers to attack!

Oh if you are playing 4132, here is my guide.

Deffo play force counter attack to draw his defenders out and he does not have the numbers to score against you. DL/DR red arrow up or even better play dml/dmr or if both move dc back to 3 at the back or even lobsided dl dc dc dmr/mr/amr or dml/ml/dml dc dc dr.
