Is it 2-1-4-3 Good formation for attacking and dominating match ?

You will only get 20% possession each match because that formation has less than 3 defenders.
But can switch to 3N-DMC-2MC-AML-AMR-2ST, 3N-3MC-AML-AMR-2ST or 3N-2MC-AML-AMR-3ST and have an offensive legit formaion.

What about this one:
