Table of Counter Formations - What to use?

HI, great post, I´d like to get some help on this one:
My opponent is playing 4-1-1-2W-2 at his home (playing in a couple of hours).

We have almost the same level (about 24) , I´ve seen the 3-5-2 butterfly as counter but i don´t have AML on my team (and only one player playing as DML/ML, I also have only one good MC (25) and other one at 20 lvl.
This is the team i´m planning to use THIS 3N-3W-2-1-1:

My AMR can play as AMC, also 24 DC as DMC, DMR as DR, DML as ML and DMC as DMR too, so i wont have troble to go with 4 defenders as I have a 27 DL in the bench.
Mentality normal, easy takling (he has a FK specialist),attack from sides, mixed passing, counter, no offside, pressing own pitch
*U for up and *D for down instructions

Also I have a 24 DL, a 27 MR, a 23 AMC/AMR and a 25 ST in the bench,tell me please if i have better options!!!!

4-4-2 is very effective for me it works almost on everything except the illegal formations

Versus 4-3N-1-2 *Level 2*
Having tried the 4-3-2(AML/R)-1 I was losing 1-0 on halftime and just to make it worse my right defender was injured and I decided to turn to a 3-1-3-2(AML/R)-1 and apparently this formation doesn't work at all since I lost 5-0 on a cup match.

Well 5-0 was a large score to turn around and almost managed it. I have to note that his team average (playing) was 20.6(scout ST) and mine was 21.1(no scout players) so we are about the same.

A 5-1-3-1 formation on the first half with red arrow on DL/DR and central ML with Hard Attacking lead to 1-0 with 65% possesion second half I switched the dmc with a 15(3star) striker and ended 3-0.

4-5-1 V-Style does not work against 4-4-2!!!

I did won the first match 1-0 (my Quality 30, he was 17) !!!

Second match he did won 2:1 !

All my players are from scout! I win against Quality 38 (im 30) but can't win (Q17) 4-4-2 with 4-5-1 V-Style!
Nothing wrong on my tactics, i always change them in game to bring some dynamics, i nearly never lose...

I bet, if i would play ANY OTHER Formation, i would have won !
