Whats the best formation against this: ?
and whats the tactic also ?

Definitely use a DMC to block his AMC and also AML/R, because he doesn't have DL/R...I'd choose 4-5-1 V-style or you can try to use 4-1(DMC)-4-1

4-5-1V Style did not work, atleast for me it didn't
