Table of Counter Formations - What to use?

I saw this formation which don't appear in the table:

5-1DMC-2(ML-MR)-1AMC-1

I suppose that 3-5-2 flat is a good choice, what do you think about this?

Of course... how could I forget about the 5 in defence and 1 ST variations of the Narrow and Wide Diamonds...
