How to Win Against Any Formation?

Hey, I gonna play today against a 4-5-1 formated team(slightly better than me):

Best formation and tactics against this?

I was thinking about a 3-1-3-2-1:

defensive and long passing

is this okay?

I beat that formation with 3W-4-3, sounds risky though and maybe I was lucky, but you only have one ST to play against so 3-4-3 or 3-5-2 are good options.
