    I have been trying to win against this formation 3-3-2-1-1 with no luck:

    --DC-DC-DC--
    DML-DMC-DMR
    ---MC-MC---
    -----AMC-----
    ------ST------

    Any suggestions? His team has slightly better ratings than me and he is 3rd in my league. (I'm 7th because I started late in the season)

    you can try 4 4 2 classic but put every player in his position ... red arrows at MR/L and normal mentality ... short passing ... no counter ... no offside trap ..
