I'm playing against a team that uses sometimes 4-4-1-1 (ml&mr-amc-st) formation and some other times 4-1-3-1-1 wide.

So, I have players and I can play only these 3 formations: 3-1-4-2, 4-1-4-1 and 4-5-1 V
* 3-1-4-2 with 3 DC, 1 DMC (red arrow) and ML/MR (red arrows). And the tactic would be: normal mentality, on both flanks, pressing own half, normal tackling, mixed passing, zonal marking.
* 4-1-4-1 with 1 DMC (red arrow) and ML/MR (red arrows). And the tactic would be: defensive, on both flanks, pressing own half, normal tackling, long passing, zonal marking.
* 4-5-1 V style with DMC (red arrow). And the tactic would be: defensive mentality, on both flanks, pressing own half, normal tackling, long passing, zonal marking.

What you recommend, what's your advice?

Playing home, stadium will be full, highest win bonus.
play with 4 5 1 v stile don't put any player out of his position ... but 4 5 1 v stile motivated like normal mentality ... mixed passing ... don't play down both flanks except only if you play against team focus on attack through swings/flanks ... red arrows at DMC & DR/L ... blue arrows at AMR/L if you face a hard opponent ... and red arrows if you face opponent like or weaker than you.

No counter attack ... no offside trap.
