How to Win Against Any Formation?

I have a Cup match against a much stronger side, 37.9 vs 31.7.

He's playing:

How can I counter this and with what instructions?

4-5-1 V Style:

Normal mentality ... Mixed passing ... down both flanks ... whole pitch ... counter attack ... no offside trap.

4-3-2-1

I used 4-3-2-1 and won the home leg 3-0 Now I will play away leg, will probably use 4-5-1V for that as it's more defensive.
