Need to get offensive against 4-3N-2W-1

What orders to use for 4-4-1-1 ?

I don't use 4-4-1-1 so I can't say I've ever tested it but I would play

Normal mentality
Short passing
Mixed
Own half
Normal tackling
Zonal marking
No counter
No offside
No arrows

Why short ?

With an AMC sitting in between your ST and your MCs players are in close proximity. Added onto that, you have 5 players in midfield.
You CAN use mixed but why waste possession when you can keep the ball and create lots of chances at the same time.

I haven't worked out that formation yet so I don't know about orders. I'd assume short passing would work great but I've seen people recommend mixed/long with it. Sorry.

I would probably change to attacking, press high, mixed passing.

Quite an attacking formation, doesn't offer a lot in defence.
