I'm not very experienced but I think I'd play 4-1-4-0-1 defensive. long passing with counter, own half, no trap.
*if anyone disagrees, I'd love to know why, I might learn something
Edit: I might have misunderstood. you want tactics for this formation or you're asking how to counter this formation?
If you're just looking for tactics I'd say play short mixed passing, normal/attacking mentality, no counter, trap is possible.

I want tactics for this formation
I'm not very experienced but try to
play defensive and counter attack
I don't see enough defenders to risk force counter attacks.
For this 3w1411 I would play:
Attacking, mixed pass, short and mixed passing, no forced CA / High press, medium tackle, zonal, offside trap on (turn off as needed depending on opponent speed).
Take the arrow off the DMC, leave it on the AMC, add an up arrow to 1 or 2 MC/R/L, whoever has best dribbling/speed/finishing
double post

I say if his opponent gets the ball they'll get the goals with the thin defense. Attacking mentality and high pressing can keep the ball in his attacking third. Yes, defensive attacking mentality might work once he's got the lead, or if opponent can take more than 60% possession. I would make that switch under those circumstances, but otherwise rely on the strong midfield to apply good constant pressure on the ball deep in opponents area. AMC with arrow will break down the defence.
