but home when he changed his tactics to 43N2amr aml 1 he scored 2 goals this mean 43MC2 aml amr1st is good against butterfly i think

I ended up using the 4-3-2-1 but with the 3 wide (ML-MC-MR) despite not having ML nor MR to cover the flanks, and despite being tiying 1-1 at halftime I unchecked counterattack and switched to short passes and won 1-4

I've lost the same two days ago. It's really strange.I've played against weaker opponent and my experience shows me 4-5-1V is counter-formation of narrow diamond. In the past I've defeated much stronger opponent than me.Next time I'll play with 3-2-2-2-1(butterfly).

In your opening post, at some point you mentioned having a stronger midfield. Which positions count for midfield? DMR/DML-MC DMC-AM and AMR/AML all these positions? and when you put blue arrows on your DML/DMR or red arrows on you AML/AMR, still midfield?

    Thanks

Sdw: you forgot to write about tackling (whole pitch/own half).

Own half. When you have DMC,it's recommended to use pressing in your own half.
