I would do a little change in this point... tactics are chosen randomly as effective or not, so one option can be "visibly better" ,,, then, win bonus can add a random "little chance" in the same...

If you want my opinion, many outcomes are just random or some maybe set to win after say U, W, X, Y... amount of attempts done and there maybe sort of a control too like allow A teams to win on first...

There is no club legend. Only late retirement and this is random. If you have a young team and you buy a 32 yo player who retiring at 33, next season you ll see an anouncement that he ll stay...
