That depends on a few factors. 4 to 5 stars? 5 to 6 stars? Also depends on if the player is a fast trainer or not. For reference, an 18yr old fast trainer going from 5 to 6 can do it with around 50...

It's all about how much time you want to spend on the game. You can farm Green rest packs which may take around 20mins a day to help train your players. I've managed in 8 months to get around 400...
