What frustrates me is the amount of offers you get from teams on the same level as you for your players. If the player is the same level as you then they can see that the player that is one cone...

Only once I had such a good offer (10T). Most offers I have are zero T (yeah :p ,still try to find some logic to that) and few with 2-3 T. So, I would never spend T for academy player to sell him...
