@Ponzu The cup draw is starting from the top of the server (the higher levels) making groups of 128 teams by similar quality of the best 14 players and going down to the bottom, with lv1 teams....

no, physical has to do with the performance during the game. It doesn't help in the training, loosing less condition during the match or to avoid an injury for example.
