STRUCTURE SKETCH (PERSONAL USE)

-select national presidents/ admins to group/call national managers and administrate the National playoffs -these are added in a specific group to organize all properly-

-National playoffs allowed in 2 formats

-then once we have the 3 managers (or 5, 7 etc depending ont he format) we will add in a document the list of " summoned players"

-the Divisions of Nations will be created depending on the amount of managers/participation, giving preferance to join the division A those with more managers/ and that may to a national selection using the 3vd3 format, instead a selection by individual merit (which is more appropiated is we have only 10, 20 managers in the little nations)


added... presidents that are supposed to be admins to promote the group and help in the playoffs could have a direct spot in the U140 team.
if more than a manager wants to be president, elections will be needed using the IMBOX of the OMA FB group.
Captains will be choosen using another system/rules as the meritocracy.

Thinking about a 5vs5 for the 140U
