Nations League First Edition U120 119,9AVQ Season 133

MAIN RULES:
This is a tournament that wants to emulate the real UEFA Nations League.
It will be playing in a 3vs3 Format for the U120 National Teams and the U140 Format will allow, 5vs5, 7vs7 or more members.

Each Federation needs to be created by asking here in the Forum, or in the Official Managers Association - Out Game Government facebook Group, having a Forum post and a Private FB Group created by us.

Iniitially, a "Manager" will be named Interim President. The President needs to be someone aiming to promote the Federation and Manage the National Playoff Rounds to select the best managers, that will join the National Teams.

The President will have a Direct Spot, in the U140 Team, as a reward for his effort but, can not be "auto declared" Captain, as the Captain will, earn the Role, by own Merits by Playing the National Playoffs that are allowed and fit inside the rules.
The President can, include himself, in the playoffs to try to, earn that Role as Captain, which basically, allow a particular Manager, to decide who faces whom in the Home Legs -so, Home/Away rounds can have different 1vs1 depending on the captains -

The Interim President, Main Federation Admin, can keep his Place for 4 seasons, that will count as 1st the First season we start playing the U120 nations league. After 4 seasons, or if he leaves, he have to call to Presidential Elections, where more than a sigle manager can be voted to be the Federation President (from now on, Elected President, not Interim), been allowed to suggest between various National Qualify Formats during the campaign, and to have a direct spot inside the U140, and being responsable to manage properly the National Playoffs, delegating tasks if needed.

We will use the OMA FB Group Inbox to receive the votes. That will need to be validated.

Presidents May be impeached if after 2 seasons the National Federations wish, needing a request with support that will be sent to the OMA Government, and will need to be endorsed by 2/3 of the Federation Voters, which may need, for transparency, to be added in a census to be allowed to vote, as only National Managers should be allowed to vote.
We could make this easy by using a goodle form to register people, before call to elections.
We could too, vote using the Forms.

We want something, easy, quick and constant. Transversal reaching out all managers and communities. And of course, to have fun playing something realistic.

Nice idea Khris, but I haven't seen any catch, no sugar... what's in it for us: tokens, greens, or whatever.
We can all play for free, but to be realistic there has to be handsome rewards.

It will be a place where to represent the country at different levels of representation, so, as we will have 2 formats, 3vd3 and 5vd5 we can't promise the moon, but as I mentioned in the other thread, for the 2nd division winners, we can send some jerseys, premium basically, and the 3vs3 format winners, can be rewarded time to time with more than jerseys.

Think that will be few matches too in a high level comp.
