Since what day the game is clear and explains to the token buyers that draws are made using avQ? I remember a girl from Bulgaria here spending 200E.*^(not T.) per seasons and complaining cause the draw system is not explained and she faced always high avQs due the system.
Sa's functionality neither is explained. Manipulation systems, ohh wait, and the new XP gaining is not even explained in any place, because what regulates the XP gaining, that was the main AvQ was changed and noone explained it (only me sweethearts^^ ).

In theory 1-2* will have an advantadge that now dont have and a disadvantadge that should be don't count them in the main AvQ.
With a market regulated in the 5*, with a min of 3 and a max of 9 is like, if we have a game, and the stars system hav -2 stars compared with now.
So:
1-2* would be the actual 3 and4
Market would be at 3* and the max achievable for the players would be at 7*
This concentrates the high avQs and the lower ones as did the cup changes, when they deleted the 50% of the participants. With 64 teams and not 128 after 40 seasons facing +4 level teams finally I faced +1 levels since then.
Because reducing the whole margin concentrates the AvQs.
This woul add tankers with high avQs all together in all comps and non token buyers could buy 1-2* and train them fully till they reach 3* in a maket regulated in the 5*-
In the system based in 1-7*s and amarket in 3*s, this can be interpreted as have a 60% player which is less than 60% (we know a 1% can include -20, -100, -200% skills) so, the 1% (actual60) would allow to edit players and the market would be at 60%.
A tanker with high avq players would increase the chances to do not face these low avq managers.

Low activity managers would be able to prepare a decent squad with different SAs and roles but, with a Low avQ. "Complete Low avq squad" and the system would avoid to face them vs High avq tankers so less time, more prepared and with options to have a fair league.
